Two hours rambling in the wild/urban jungle in search of nutritious wild ingredients with descriptions and uses, be it edible or for their soothing qualities. We’ll take a quick look into its history, folklore and current practices too.
We will end our walk with a foraged fizz and an open fire cook-up of seasonal produce and how to include the wild foods we have collected. Suitable for all ages. Make sure you wear weather appropriate clothing and footwear, and bring along a bag or foraging basket to collect your wares.
