Cauliflower curry

You will need:
1 x cauliflower
1 x onion
1 x piece ginger
1 x lime

1/2 x block butter
1 x heaped tbsp curry powder
1 x bunch coriander
2 x tbsp toasted almond flakes
A few grapes but not essential

Method:

1. Start by cutting the cauliflower if half through the centre stem. Then trim the edges off each half so have 2 "steaks". Break up the edges set aside.

2. Heat a pan big enough for them both and cook them in a little oil and a decent chunk of butter. Once they're coloured nicely, add more butter and the curry powder and keep cooking for a minute or so.

3. Take them out of the pan, add a bit more butter and add the bits you trimmed off along with the sliced onion and minced ginger. Cook until coloured a bit then add the steaks back on top. Put a lid on the pan or some foil and cook @180C until you can easily slide a knife through the stem. Squeeze some lime juice over it and scatter the almonds, sliced grape and chopped coriander over the top.
