Honey roasted parsnips are such a treat. Their nutty, sweet flavour is a wonderful for roast meat, Christmas dinner is the perfect time to take your usual roast parsnips to the next level.


2kg parsnips
A few sage leaves
2 tablespoons runny honey
Rapeseed oil & a touch of butter

-Clean and cut the parsnips into even sizes, Parboil in salted water for 8-10 mins.

-drain and mix with all ingredients.

-lay out on a baking tray making sure you don’t overcrowd. Roast at around 180c for 30mins or until golden.
