This month we have foraged lots of rose hips. Rose hips are the seed pods of roses. They can be used to a variety of recipes including jellies, sauces, liquors, syrups, soups and seasoning. If you’ve never tried rose hip before, then try brewing yourself a cup of rose hip tea!
For fresh rose hip tea, steep 4 to 8 rose hips in a cup of boiling water for about 10 to 15 minutes.
